Chocolate Chips Chocolate Muffin

Ingredients

  • 1 cup original unsweetened creamer
  • 1 cup Whole wheat flour
  • ½  cup vegetable oil or olive oil
  • ½ brown sugar
  •  2 spoons cocoa powder
  • 1 Spoon Baking powder
  • ¼ spoon baking soda
  • 1 spoon vanilla essence 
  •  50 gm choco chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare the cupcake-12 pieces tray with cupcake papers.
  3. Mix sugars, oil, vanilla essence, cocoa powder, creamer  to the mixing bowl and mix it well.
  4. In a smaller bowl, measure out dry ingredients: flour, baking powder and baking soda.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Add the choco chips. 
  7. Put the batter into a prepared baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Then remove from the oven, let cool, and enjoy!
