Banana Walnut Muffin

  • 1 cup Chai spice creamer
  • 1 cup Whole wheat flour
  • ½  cup vegetable oil or olive oil
  • ½ brown sugar
  • 1 banana
  • ½ spoon chai spice masala
  • 1 Spoon Baking powder
  • ¼ spoon baking soda
  • 1 spoon vanilla essence 
  •  50 gm walnuts


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare the cupcake-12 pieces tray with cupcake papers.
  3. Mash the banana in the large mixing bowl.
  4. Add sugars, oil, vanilla essence, chai spice creamer to the mixing bowl and mix it well.
  5. In a smaller bowl, measure out dry ingredients: flour, baking powder and baking soda.
  6. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
  7. Add the chopped walnuts 
  8. Put the batter into a prepared baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Then remove from the oven, let cool, and enjoy!
